What Is It?

The Choc Chip Ice Cream Slice is freeze dried which takes out all of the mositure. As there is no moisture, the product is incredibly light, brittle and now able to store in an airtight container (or the packaging) for around 3 years.

What Does It Taste Like?

Like ice cream! Normal ice cream is usually soft whereas Space Ice Cream is brittle and crunchy. As you eat the ice cream, the moisture in your mouth helps to partially reconstitute the ice cream but overall, it's crunchy ice cream! It tastes like ice cream but feels like a Cadbury's Crunchie.
