A Freeze-Dried, Ready-to-Eat, Vanilla Ice Cream Slice Wedged Between Two Chocolate Biscuit Wafers

What Is It?

The Ice Cream Sandwich Biscuit Bar is freeze dried which takes out all of the mositure. As there is no moisture, the product is incredibly light, brittle and now able to store in an airtight container (or the packaging) for around 3 years.

What Does It Taste Like?

A normal chocolate flavoured biscuit is crunchy. The one's featured in this bar are virtually identical and still retain their crunch and texture. Normal ice cream is usually soft. Space Ice Cream is brittle and crunchy. As you eat the ice cream, the moisture in your mouth helps to partially reconstitute the ice cream but overall, it's crunchy ice cream! It tastes like ice cream but feels like a Cadbury's Crunchie.
