What Is It?
The Strawberries are freeze dried which takes out all of the mositure. As there is no moisture, the product is incredibly light, brittle and now able to store in an airtight container (or the packaging) for around 3 years.What Do They Taste Like?
Freeze dried strawberries are used in breakfast cereals which contain fruit pieces. So in essence, they taste just like this. However, as Space Food is stored in an airtight package, the Stawberries taste far better than those found on a breakfast cereal.
